Who do you want in the next SSB? Why?

I have a strong feeling that one of the 5th Gen Pokemon will appear in the next SSB. Maybe Zoroark or Bisharp(I honestly love this Pokemon).

In all honesty, the only one I want to see in SSB is Geno. Nintendo has said that he was suppose to appear in the last one, but they couldn't get full claim or something. Geno has always been on my top 3 fave Nintendo-ish characters, and I would love to see him again. Even if it's just in a ssb game. He's honestly the only reason that I will buy the ssb game/s, should he ever appear in one.

As for a LoZ character...meh...They already have an LoZ Villain, unless they decide to replace Ganondorf with Ghiraham. Which, I think they should do, as Ganondorf is practically a carbon-copy of one of the other fighters. And I think Ghiraham would have a more unique fighting style. I also think they should stop with the two "Links", as there's no reason to have both of them at once. Perhaps Impa, to replace young/toon Link? She's defiently a fighter and the game/s need more females, anyway.

Well, I had nowhere else to put this; so I'll put it here since it's SSB related

So, Masahiro Sakurai, the lead director of the Wii U version of Super Smash Bros, has announced his plans for the next SSB roster. He says that this game won't have such a huge roster. He basically said Brawl pushed the limits of playable characters and as a result many characters felt as if they were just different skins. To avoid that, Sakurai's team will focus on less characters who all have a unique playstyle. And since Namco Bandai will be working on the title, we can expect some of their characters too. Brawl only had 35 characters and I think this SSB game will have no more than 50 characters, at least.

Sakurai was mostly saying that 35 characters was the limit for brawl...In this next SSB, he wants everyone to have a unique fighting style. So that means no clones. With those out and a couple of Bandai characters here and there; my best guess is there might maybe around 40 characters. It technically doesn't have to reach the 50 character limit.

Whoops, my bad xD Heh, funny you mentioned Ghirahim. I was reading an article on what Zelda elements needed to added in the next SSB. They describe him as an unique and personable villain to the game and that his creepy and crazy persona would easily fit into the Smash series. Well, this is true. He could do that tongue thing for his taunt, lol. Plus, he could use his sword and some magic too. He really does fit into the SSB...That and he has a huge fan base <.<

Yess! When he entered the stage and the "commentator" says 3, 2, 1, FIGHT!, or whatever he'll say in this game, he could teleport like is SS! And if they're gonna add some sort of final smash, his could be "sword mode" or summon Demise. Or Demise could be a trophy. And you know when you press the 1 or 2 buttons on the Wii remote, they do things such as Toon Link plays the Wind Waker, and Luigi pulls out the Poltergust 3000, and Mario shoots fireballs, Ghirahim could lick his lips or his blade or something.

I have so many ideas!!!! MUST.....FIND....A...WAY....TO...CONTACT....SAKURAI...SOMEHOW....

We better just hope that most people we want in the next SSB is gonna be in there. People are demanding a playable Ganon or a down-B Ganon form, they demand Demise, Groose, Ghirahim, a transformation for Link (i.e FD Link, wolf link, or a mask link like deku, goron, or zora). The possibilities for anything are high and it's up to them to make this game the best outta all the SSB games

I do not want Demise as a playable character, but maybe as Ghirahim's summoning or something like that or as a trophy. Or as the final boss in the story mode perhaps. That reminds me...

I hope they'll make a really good story in this game too. They've clearly done it right in Brawl, so I hope they'll keep it up.
As for Groose, I do not hope, neither do I think that he'll occur. At least not as a playable character. Maybe as a trophy. First of all, we haven't really seen him fight, so that means they'll have to make a list of new moves. Second, I don't think he fits to be a playable character.

I don't really want FD Link, MM Link (maybe as a playable character just like they did with Pokémon trainer, or as a skin for young/toon Link) or wolf Link.

You know in brawl, like for Zelda, she can turn into Sheik by doing Down-B on the controller. It's like that. If Ganondorf were to have a down-B, his Down-B would have to be Ganon or beast Ganon, whatever you wanna call it.

Chances of our ideas actually coming together in the final product are very low. I think right now, they are mostly looking for Bandai characters good enough to be in the next SSB.

Except X7, X8, and Command Mission, the X Series was 2D for most of its life. Also The ZX series I doubt it because it isn't THAT popular, and its much more likely for Starforce over BN.

I would like to NOT see Pacman in the next game, primarily because, WHAT WOULD HE DO? All he ever does is eat pellets, he's not frequently in action games like Kirby or Megaman. Also I would like the idea of if Megaman (or X doesn't really matter) could take an ability from someone he's KO'd until he himself is KO'd.

EDIT: Since Bandai is helping on the project, it is highly likely we will see a Tales of character, I'm guessing Lloyd, as he is from Tales of Symphonia for Gamecube, and the sequel for Wii.

I sure hope not! If he appeared as an easter egg, maybe, or perhaps as a trophy-thingie, but I don't think he'll be a playable character.
