Allowed Mods?

Hey, Ive Got Some Mods Installed For my minecraft, and i know there are NO mods on the server, but i was wondering if these would be alright to have...

the first one is Optifine, it gives u lots of graphical options so that the slower computers can run minecraft smoother and tweak ur graphic options to ur liking...

The next one is the minimap mod, this allowes a minimap in the top right of ur screen, to show terrain etc... it also has the function of setting waypoints, so u can remember where stuff is incase it does not have a warp etc... http://imgur.com/mDWF8

Both of these mods are allowed, as they do not give any real upgrades over others (Flying, x-rays etc)
